Norbert Krapf, author of the new poetry collection Songs in Sepia and Black and White, has the following events planned for August:
August 4
Krapf will read from Songs in Sepia and Black and White at the Dubois County Museum in Jasper, IN, at 2 p.m. Eddie Rasche will back Krapf on two poems and sing two of his own songs; and Krapf and photographer Richard Fields will sign books. This event is held as part of Strassenfest, a festival that celebrates "German heritage with American pride."
Krapf will perform with the Gordan Bonham Trio at the Indianapolis Artsgarden from 2 to 3 p.m. Five of the poems at the free event (which features poetry with musical backing and blues songs) are included in Songs in Sepia and Black and White.
