Jacobs School of Music professor Harvey Phillips started the first Octubafest at IU back in 1973. Not only does this tradition continue at IU, but it has spread all over the world to other college campuses. In celebration of the Octubafest concert with Roland Szentpáli this Tuesday, we're giving away a free copy of Phillips's new autobiography Mr. Tuba.
