I was asked to present at this year's AAUP Annual Meeting in Montreal, but my husband had to go to a conference this week, so someone had to stay home to watch the baby (who just happens to be teething, resulting in lots of sleepless nights for mom and baby lately. If you've been watching my Twitter feed, that's the reason why I keep going out for coffee and Dr. Pepper!)
Luckily, Pat Hoefling, who is the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Press, graciously agreed to give the presentation on my behalf. I'm also posting a copy here for anyone who is at AAUP or is just interested in my perspective on electronic marketing.
