February events for Christopher A. Brooks and Robert Sims

Christopher A. Brooks and Robert Sims, authors of Roland Hayes: The Legacy of an American Tenor, have the following events scheduled for this month: 

Roland HayesFebruary 18

The authors will give a presentation about Roland Hayes and sign copies of their book at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at The Depot (814 W. Broad St.). 

February 23 

Brooks and Sims will be in conversation with Emmy Award winning producer Ed Tracy about Roland Hayes at the Harold Washington Public Library in Chicago, IL, at 6 p.m. In addition to the book talk, Sims and pianist Paul Hamilton will perform the "Spirituals of Roland Hayes" from Sims's new CD during the event.
