We are pleased to announced that four of our books have won 2015 Independent Publisher Book Awards (IPPY)!
James H. Madison won Gold for his book, Hoosiers, in the Great Lakes nonfiction category.
In addition, the following books all received Silver in their respective categories:
Biography: Dr. John Harvey Kellogg and the Religion of Biologic Living by Brian C. Wilson
Health/Medicine/Nutrition: Making Sense of Intersex by Ellen K. Feder
World History: The Clandestine History of the Kovno Jewish Ghetto Police by Anonymous members of the Kovno Jewish Ghetto Police. Translated and edited by Samuel Schalkowsky
The IPPY Awards, launched in 1996, are designed to bring increased recognition to the deserving but often unsung titles published by independent authors and publishers. Since the inaugural contest nearly 5,000 books have received IPPY Awards.
The 19th annual IPPY Awards will spotlight the year's best independently published books at a gala celebration on today during the annual BookExpo America publishing convention in New York.
